Hey there! Welcome to Aldridge Lane Homestead, I'm glad you're here. My name is K and I'm excited to share what life is like on a small, suburban homestead in northern Alabama! My husband and I recently bought our first house here and have been working to make it feel like home. I'm very passionate about holistic health, gluten-free baking, cooking, decorating, and gardening!

 

I firmly believe that anyone can live the homesteading life, whether you live on a sprawling farm with lots of animals or a small city apartment with a balcony herb garden, your homestead can be whatever you want it to be. I myself am definitely a beginner at this, so I will be learning alongside you. And most importantly, I hope this blog brings glory to the Lord above all else. Let's get started!
